| Looking for a lender that will finance a purchase of 55 single family properties (61 units) in Columbus, Ohio. Buyer has 20% down, 680 middle, land developer on West Coast. Details: Purchase Price $1,650,000 Loan Amount $1,320,000 $82,500 or (5%) already deposited with title company. GRM 3.98 Cap rate 19.84% ($27,049 price per unit) all homes rented and have been recently remodeled. Have many options looking for someone who can amortize over 30 years and stay in the ballpark with rate. |
