Hi,
I am new on this site, and as I offer services that several other people here do, I will be as detailed as possible, as well as give you the name of one lender who is doing ULOC stated.

First off, we can offer unsecured lines of credit with both stated and full doc programs available.

For stated, we need 3 years in business, and very specific guild lines for debt to credit ratio's, limited inquiries, and brick and mortar office, as they like to do the doc signing at the company's office.We can get 180,000 to 230,000 between 3 lenders

For full docs, we need 3 years in business, 2 years taxes, 2 years p&l statements and 2 years of personal taxes.The max amounts are determined primarily by a % of the gross revenue.

I will not submit files that will not get approved,as I am meticulous in going over the files proir to submission. Again guild lines do periodically change, but we do the best we can to stay up to date.The application process is simple 2 page application, and basic corp docs are required. We get approvals in 48-72 hours and fund in 5 business days after.

FOR YOU DOUBTERS OF STATED ULOC..1ST FEDERAL BANK HERE IN LOS ANGELES DOES THEM UP TO 50K!!!!!!!!!

That's only one of several lenders in our network... but I have seen posters saying no one does them anymore, so I thought I would give you a bone....we have several that go to 100k but I am here to get your clients funding...not give away my entire buiness plan...

We charge 10 points on the back and pay the refering broker 50% of what we make!!!!

We can also do secured...email for case by case basis!!

Out of curiosity, did any of you non- belivers call 1st federal to verify that they still have a stated ULOC???

I'm interested in what you have to offer, but I can’t find any info about your company. Do you have a registered company or even a website?
