commercial property worth 1,750,000 million, 790 fico, cash out 1,000,000 to buy out partners. owes 325,000 on the retail building. could go full doc, but wants SIVA. LTV is at 65. He wants a rate of 6.5! who can do that?

Other lady, has no MTG worth 450,000 wants 125,000 K cash out SISA fico is 617. Who can do this Maryland property? 25 percetn ltv

On the commercial property....

You may not need to go 'stated'.... stated in commercial and residential are much different anyway.... stated in commercial would probably be considered 'light doc' in residential because just because of a 700 credit score the client doesn't get away with not showing documents needed to prove that they have the ability to repay the debt....

If they do or don't need stated we have 202 direct lending sources marked in our database which will fund on this type of property - some who will consider working the loan as 'stated'.... *****RETAIL*****
