Why is it after all the tech advances etc...it is still almost impossible to get a legible copy of a fully executed purchase contract??? What gives, seems like this has always been the case, 90% of the time at least(in my 14 years in the biz) You would think someone would have figured this out by now(or have they?) Lender will always stip for a legible copy but all the parties involved seem to have the same blurry, messed up, incomplete, faxed back and forth 4 times, copy /buyers and sellers agents as well as attys... Of course the lender wants to be able to read the contract but all parties involved shrug their shoulders and say that is all I got Doesn't really seem that hard to remedy...
Just spent the last two trying to get this done and it seems ridiculus /any body have a solution? |

So true. Nobody ever seems to have a clear copy. I tell the agents to send by PDF but they always seem to want to fax, fax fax. Ends up as a blurry, illegible mess. Silly realtors.

Most realtors ... at least the ones I've met ... wouldn't know what PDF meant. |

| In addition, they go through this all day every day on every closing, it is one of the stips and they still cannot get it right from the beginning. Amazing... |

Yep, it's frustrating as h*ll.
Every Realtor should be required to take "Basics of IT"

I just got stipped on this yesterday...
Seller Paid Closing Costs of 3%...U/W said it looked like 370($?)
Realtors get pretty *****y when you tell them their handwriting *****...then give them more work to do. |
