I have a property with a SFR that is on 20 acres, has a buisness on the property that is income producing, and the borrowers midscore is low (590) but he has excellent assets, just paid all his debts off, and is bringing in 30% or so down.
Where could I go with something like that? |

| What kind of business? Does the buisness owner also own the house? |

Yes, the lady who is selling the home owns the buisness, and is selling the property, the full rights to the buisness, the website and all equipment that goes with it.

| OK what kind of business? Is it run out of the home? Does she have accountable income for the business on tax returns, Profit and loss, etc? |
