| Irwin stopped doing them wholesale. You are just going to have to refer them to their retail side http://www.premierequity.com/. They are the only game in town that still does them. |

| refer the client to the retail side but make sure to tell the client you will provide them with the golden ticket for $500...just see what type of money that information is worth, gotta make your money somewhere right? Can't just go willy nilly referring our competition business JEEZ |

| Try calling Leslie Henning with a hard money company. a month ago they would do 2nds for customers with at least 700 fico and they didn't care about equity. The max loan amount is 200k and it costs 10 points but worth a try. Her number is (818) 462-3378. Good luck and don't go research do-do bird ;) |
