| Provident does not seem to be doing it anymore. Wells Fargo has bursts of energy now andthen. Last week Wamu was strong but I guess that was a last gasp. Who are you using for your ultra anal clients? You know the ones I'm talking about! |

i prefer not to deal with them
i heard vertice and plaza have some good rates right now.
maybe im .125 behind but i can close loans in 7 business days |

Sorry, but that won't do. The .9 sounds interesting, Wamu was at .63, but we know how that story ends. Yes I know they are taking submissions, but I heard that story before too and I know the ending. |
