A proctologist walks into his mortgage broker's office and he reaches inside his jacket to get his pen to sign his loan application but to his chagrin, pulls out his rectal thermometer instead. "G0ddamn!t," he says, "some a$$hole's got my pen."
Be careful when you sign this guy off...
