That takes it up to 6.5% with amtrust.
Anyone else out there? |

When you said good scores, did you mean 660-699? I'm assuming so since you mentioned a 1.5% rate adjustment. The adjustment is to the price, not the rate. 5.625% with a score of 600-699 adjustment is paying .090 on this loan. If the score is over 740 then the adjustment is only .375% which makes 5.250% paying .026.
Also, AmTrust rates are broker specific, so if you called someone at the help desk, they probably quoted the highest rates.
If someone told you 6.5%, they misquoted you or you are trying to make a killing on the back.

Lmao....no dude that was par.
The lowest of the 2 mids is 676
She said that since it closed after april 7th. There is a 1.5% hit on rate.
Anyway, sorry to bug you guys with this. I have been out of business for the last year taking care of a sick family member. I used to do my general pricing with first magnus...
