Stated/verified 751 fico CA. $1057000 loan???

I have a client in Laguna Niguel CA, 92677 who needs a $1057000 loan amount, sfr, primary, 751 mid fico, 80% maybe 85% cltv depending on where appraisal comes in, declining market area, stated/verified, rate and term loan. Help!!!!!!!!!

wachovia i think,...

you may need full doc for that high ltv however.
