Ive been trying to place this borrower for a few weeks now and was hoping maybe one of you would have an idea. Here is the scenario:
590k Purchase price in Fullerton Ca
10% down
531k loan amout
SIVA
Self Employed Borrower
793 Middle FICO
PURCHASE!!!!!
If you can help me find a home for this i would be in debt to you. Thank you all for the help with any ideas. |

I dont know the LTVs though. |
