720 fico, sfr, owner occ. current ltv is 77
borrower wants to cash out the max but can only go stated/self employed. he doesnt mind having an option arm as well.

if loan amount is 1.245m, value is 1.725= 72% LTV
what state & county pprty located? how much liquid assets? |

so far we can do up to 90% |
