As of the 15th of April, the min. score on Wach/Worlds's stated portfolio will be 700!!!! Big change from no min score portfolio product. Anyone else get this info?

This is old info. They did away with the "no minimum score" method a few months ago, and of last Friday, some people have already seen these changes implemented.

It's not that big of a deal, you either make it work or move on.

They didn't do away with the "no min score model" months ago ... VIP Plat whatever member go make some money j-hole, I've already made mine. I am positive it will be "peace-out" from your a** soon. Just trying to help the masses. If it's old news to you than don't worry about it.

Your efforts are appreciated I'm sure. And yes, it has been this way for a couple months. They used to have NO FICO requirements below 80%. But for the past few months, regardless of what you THINK you know, a 620 has been the minimum. Sure, they will always look at lower ficos on a case by case basis, but there "no fico requirement" fell out of the spotlight a while back, at least for their QQ Stated program.

And I'll just say this bro... I am one to always put out any 411 possible to help others on this post, that is why we are all here. When someone responds and disagrees with you, it's best to handle it professionaly and provide evidence to support your argument, like any professional would. Having childish, uninformed responses simply makes you lack any integrity to those exact members you would like to help.

How do you think people would view you if you were an LO in a public environment, and a consumer approached you with a statement in which you did not agree. You then had a little 4 year old bi*ch fit replying with, "no it's not a hole!! Get out of my office." Especially in today's market, you should remember that you are always being evaluated, and if it is not by someone on the outisde, it is your internal engine elaborating your practices and thought patterns that will in the end make you look like just another DB.

true but I'll take Dade & Broward over Riverside & San Bernadino County any day. At least people over here aren't living 1200 sq ft dumps w $400k Option Arm notes making $40k/yr. Once those Option Arms start recasting, getting a lender out there will be like getting hurricane insurance over here.
