This is the scenario:
672 husband...750 wife (husband is the primary wage earner)
cashout refi
308,000 loan amount
95ltv
owner occ
full doc.

I have a call into equifirst as they used to do this loan.....

any help is appreciatted.

Do you lend in NJ.
If you are going to go FHA with it...the loan amount exceeded the loan amount allowable by the FHA in that zip code.
If you were going to use another conduit for it...we would be interested.

Do you lend in NJ?

Did you check the new loan limits, I believe that is below FHA limits.

Irwin Home Equity can do 95% CLTV cash out.

Rate and term first up to 80%
Cash out 2nd on Fixed or Heloc up to 95%

Rates start at 5.875% par 1st, 9.4% fixed 2nd with 720+ score
Will go down to a 660 score with hits to rate.
