Need a lender for this scenario:
66-70% LTV (depending on what house appraises for)
Loan Amount: $190,000
Owner Occupied SFR
Keizer, Oregon
Home appraised for $285,000 last April
FICOS are under 500
Couple has owned business for a few years and takes in over $8,000 per month.
Got into trouble due to medical issues.

On sub 500 Ficos I can fo to 65% LTV hard money. I have a direct line with numerous investors. If you are interested, feel free to contact me.

egregious medical bills are the one type I don't mind not paying...... |
