Have a R/T (no cashout), recently on MLS. Lender will do it if 1 day off of MLS as R/T, but since my guy took a cashout 5 years ago, Texas law, once a cashout always a cashout, he needs to have 6 month now off of MLS. 740 score/56 % LTV, full doc..darnit!!!
What a joke!!!
Sorry for my rant. |

Yep, it ***** pardner!
Seriously, it does suck. The law pretty much penalizes people for ever cashing out. |

| I've heard that it is because somebody (politician) did not file the proper paperwork that supposed to go with this law. |

gotta love Texas! On a side note, I found it interesting when visiting Dallas Tx that there were more $30,000 millionares there than anywhere else on the planet. Anyone else notice that? |

| And 900,000 act like millionaires. I moved to Dallas 5-years ago from Austin. I love this city, but the atmosphere is so different. I guess the same applies to San Antonio and Houston too. Like being in a whole other country! |

That, my friend, is priceless. I love the I don't do "972's" LOL LOL LOL....such a cosmoploitan life he has in that big ole city. The next best thing would be to have OC and NYC move over and make the next "real desparate housewives of Dallas, TX" there.
