Hi Everyone,
I just wanted to pass along to all the fellow member of BrokerOutpost a new find that I came across. In my pursuit of continually looking for better ways to advertise my service and to find a quality lead source at the same time, I came across some information that intrigued me. So being the pain in the rear that I am I followed up to see if it was legit and yes it was (otherwise I wouldn’t be posting here to let you all know about it). Personally I’m tired of getting paying for leads and not getting any return on the investment due to the market. And I’m also tired of having to pay this company and that company for advertising.
I found out about this site called www.wesavedmoney.comthat is doing a pre-launch sales campaign. Basically the site is up and running, but until they finish preparing everything for the official launch on July 1st, they are discounting all of the ad placements on there for category listing ad space. Essentially, they are cutting the normal fee in half for a full year’s subscription ad on their site to everyone (business or individual) that list prior to their official launch date. Plus if you pay for the year now, you get 2 months free to boot. The normal price (after July 1st) is going to be $50 per month, but they are dropping that for early enrollment to $25 per month and if you pay for the year in advance you get the 2 months free so the final cost is only $250 for the entire year. At that price I actually signed up under both residential and commercial services.
I look at it this way, if I can spend $500 and get listed on there for both commercial and residential, I can make that up easily if I only get one call from the site. I’m tired of spending $25-$40 per lead also. So I expressed that to the owner and was told that the residential leads are currently set to be only $15 each for semi-exclusive, with a 100 lead minimum order. I wasn’t able to find out how much the exclusive leads are going to be yet, but if I find out I will post it on here later for those that want to know.
Basically, I just thought that everyone else should hear about someone that is trying to deal with providing a service to not just mortgage people, but to all industries that very well may be my next long term vendor for leads.

| OK... As a follow up, I was able to get the pricing on their exclusive leads... They are pricing them at $35 each. |
