Massachusetts Cash Out Refi SIVA Ficos 770 & 720 Loan Amount $300K LTV 75% Single Family - Owner Occupied Cash out = $150K Zero Lates - Great Trade Lines
I found a couple homes for this but the rates are just awful. So frustrating!
Any lender suggestions?

30 fixed: 501A 6%<.337> 6.125%<.754> 6.25%<1.132> 30 day pricing

I'm also curious about 1 day out of MLS for I have another borrower similar criteria but he had it listed FSBO on MLS as of last week.
