Hello people,
I've been having a hard time finding a lender who can do this loan.
750 K Purchase Price
650K Loan Amount
701 FICO SCORE
2 unit
First TIme Buyer
Owner Occupied.
If there other loan officers, AE's that can share and help out that would be awesome guys. Been trying to get this deal closed for the last 2 months. Help please ! :) |

| Learn DU/LP and run DU/LP on all your Full Docs, then run ir DU FHA then see which one is best for the borrower. |
