I am doing a

Full Doc
80% LTV
Rate and Term Refi
SFR
House was taken off of the MLS last month.

Does anyone know the guidelines for FannieMae/FreddieMac for this scenario? Thanks.

US Bank is still doing 1 day off of MLS for re-fi's

for R&T 1 day for cash out 6 months.

Fannie/Freddie have no MLS seasoning requirements.

Individual lenders generally do. The standard I have noticed is 1 day on R/T and 90 days to 6 mos on cash out. IIRC US Bank would do cash out on a case by case basis but the last time I checked was several months aoo, so who knows what has happened since then.
