New York based Mortgage company is looking to recruit Loan Officers for their San Diego based office who wish to advance their career and ensure their success. The office is located in Sorrento Valley.
While most mortgage houses are closing we are still growing. We produced over $400MM in leads with an average loan amount of over $800k in the past four weeks for our Loan Officers. Historically our Loan Officers convert these leads at over 5%. We are capable of producing more lead volume but need the Loan Officers to close the prospects. We have opened the San Diego office because the East Coast office is to capacity.
Our company recognizes that we would not be successful without the best Loan Officers and Processors. We treat our team with the utmost in respect and professionalism and recognize hard work, honesty and integrity are the keys to our success. We hold ourselves to the highest standards and expect the same from the people we work with. In accordance with this standard, we do not tease our Loan Officers with promises we cannot keep, we deliver on our commitments with excellent commission splits.
We have developed a steady stream of leads generated by multiple proprietary marketing strategies. Lending Tree leads being among the many sources we utilize. Many of our leads are exclusive and your prospect WILL know the company you are calling from and welcome your call. Best of all these leads are “warm” and FREE!! We need qualified loan officers that are comfortable with handling out of state transactions for New York, New Jersey, Connecticut and Florida. We handle all requirements for you to sell loans in those states. We will be licensed in at least 30 more states in the very near future.
We are looking for the following...
1. California DRE license is a MUST – No Exceptions
2. 3 Years Minimum Experience
3. Proven Closing Skills
4. Team Leader!
