Client has a foreclosure 30 months old, full doc, owner occupied, SFR, 5-10% down. 660 mid score, $350k price range... but got a Refer/Eligible from DO.
Was wondering what sub-prime lenders are doing 90-95% LTV with this scenario? |

Try running LP....I had a similar scenario a few weeks ago, got a Refer with DO and an Accept with LP
