I have one of the cleanest deals I have seen in my commercial career, which is missing the most important componet, which is income. 780 score, solid liquidity, beautiful facility, and great business resume. However, there CPA wites everything off fron their returns. So my client has 5.3 million dollar balance he needs to refinance and can't. Keep in mind he only needs 61% LTV. Please advise!

I'd be very surprised if Interbay Funding or Silver Hill Financial couldn't do it.
