| Any FL MBB's out there set up with FHA? Trying to figure out if you need a CL license or if you can go FHA with just the MBB license. I realize the requirements are more strict for FHA than for the CL license, so I might as well go ahead and do it, but it is more of a time thing. I dont want to wait for the new license and then have to wait for FHA. |

| Apples and oranges. You do not have to be CL to get approved with FHA. If you want to do both in one fail swoop there are plenty of companies that will accomplish this for you for less than $2K in fees. |

| I have a Florida MBB license but not FHA approval. I do know that being a CL has nothing to do with FHA approval. You can do one without the other. |
