I have been working on a project called www.habitatboom.com for a while now. In short, it is a free home listing site. There are several systems that allow the loan originator to develop leads that create loans immediately. Furthermore, you can generate relationships and business for Realtors, CFP's, Life Insurance agents, etc. You can do all of this without ever asking for a loan, they will compete for you.
In short, the way to get what you want is to help as many people as possible get what they want. You can use the system to generate relationships with buyers ans sellers who need your services, they'll also need the service of your referral partners (Realtors, CFP's, Builders, Developers, etc.) The goal is to help them along until the opportunity presents itself to either do a loan or to give them to the Realtor.
This system is guaranteed. If you work it, you will have more business than you can handle. You no longer work re-hashed bought leads. This generates relationships that you can leverage with Realtors. Once mastered, you don't have to ask for business anymore, you generate it. The best part? IT'S FREE!
It goes like this:
I will set you up with an account. With that account you have a reference code. What this gives you is the ability to approach Realtors, FSBO's, Builders, Commercial Developers, etc. with a FREE Marketing service. You set them up an account w/ your reference code. When they upload their listings, your information and their information are on that listing in Habitatboom.com. This listing will be electronically distributed to several real estate listing websites (Googlebase, Trulia, Dothomes, Backpage, etc.) You can also set them up on Craigslist with one click from Habitatboom.com. 1000’s of people will see that listing with your information on it. Thousands.
The idea is to give the Realtor, FSBO, etc. something of value up front, FREE. It’s hard to turn down FREE. Again, how do you get what you want? Give as many people as possible what they want. What you have here is a very professional, technologically advanced system to offer to people who will bring you business. You can approach as many referral partners as you like to add to the site. The possibilities are only limited to your imagination.
Additionally, you can have a FREE WordPress Blog through Habitatboom.com. By leveraging the listings of FSBO’s and referral partners you can greatly increase your exposure on the internet. By increasing your Search Engine Optimization you will soon be on the front page of every search engine. So imagine, you have 10 Realtors who each have 10 listings. That listing, along with your information and link to your blog and website goes to 15 websites. That’s 150 backlinks. Folks, backlinks are the Holy Grail to Search Engine Optimization. That doesn’t include Craigslist. You can post there every week.
Normally this service includes Call Capture. Since I am offering it for FREE, I cannot offer that service with this offer. This is something I find odd. I post a lot on Loantoolbox. I seem to get a lot of emails from people who want to integrate life insurance and financial planning into their practice (I do this in addition to loan origination.)
What never seems to amaze me is that LO's in this current environment are willing to step completely out of the box to learn a new industry. Is the grass greener over there? Sort of. But it won't happen overnight. But a system like what I've offered here, will.
This system will generate leads tomorrow. It will put you in the position to offer leads to Realtors, instead of asking for them.
How can anyone turn down FREE?

Check out the site....now its like 50 bucks a month for LO's, free for fisbo sellers.
