Co-brokering is not illegal if done right. This is why I asked if they were licensed in Ohio.

No I am not licensed in Ohio and actually I need an FHA source in Ohio, so anyone that can help me run my loan, I would appreciate it.

Now what you are asking for is Illegal. You cannot CO-broker a loan in a state you are not licensed in. You also cannot originate a FHA loan if you are not FHA approved. I’m sure there are plenty of people on this site that would be glad to help your customer out, but they cannot legally pay you.
