As a matter of fact, guidlines aren't an issues because those are updated DAILY in our system (and can be customized if you have your own set of guidelines). Also, we put a set of the investors guidelines in the system for a reference point (as long as you know what to look for it is all there and eliminates the need to call the AE).
Now don't get me wrong...AE's are very useful and very helpful. NYLX is there to take some of the grunt work off their plate (like pricing loans).

NYLX has just made Loan Officer's lives even easier. We have just rolled out an auto-price feature that makes LoanDecisions a "proactive" pricing system.
How it works- after a loan scenario has been put into NYLX, the LO can set up 3 times in the system for the loan to be re-priced with their investors. Once a certain target rate or price has been met, it will alert the LO through email!
Being a former originator of 8 years, this is a tremendous feature as it allows you to spend your days hunting for business rather than pricing loans.

We have a few different pricing models- the newest option is a one time $1,500 set up fee and $59.95 per user (month to month as we have no long term contracts). Obviously this works out great for smaller broker or correspondent shops. However, under this model we do have a five user minimum.

Still not sure which investor's are providing the best pricing day in and day out? Or how about guidlines changes- how can we possibly keep up with those?
