| People are telling me that as of today, SISA's are gone. I've got three loans that need to go SISA, 700+ credit, 80% ltv, conforming loan amounts... and I can't seem to find a place to send 'em. Are there banks that'll still do them? |

PMCI has a great SISA program. There is a .250 hit on scores below 730.
I believe they lend in PA, DC, MD, VA, NC, SC, AL and FL.
PMCI Wholesale Lending Office: 800-662-9834 Fax: 703-862-6497

They are still there.
Primary Capital, Jeff Merkel - 678-298-0234 Suntrust, Shannon Tweedy - 404-516-5295 Terrace Mortgage, Kevin Greene - 770-698-8641 x 112 Citimortgage - Just killed them last Friday
Hope that helps! |
