How to make $500.00 per file.
If you are a loan officer, mortgage broker, etc. you can become an independent contractor/agent and by obtaining the initial evaluation application & completed submission package from a client you will earn $500.00 per file (1 to 3 hours of your time maximum) and we will do the rest. (Our fees are determined on a case by case basis as not all clients needs are the same but you will always make $500.00 per residential file & $1,000.00 for commercial properties).
