| do you pay for credit reports? my phone calls? and will I get the FHA rebate AND SRP? how about fed-exed packages, do you pay for those as well? please advise |

We do pay for credit, DO, and fedex, but not at 80% commission.
yes, you do get the rebate,srp, etc. We go off of gross fees.
How many loans are you currently closing per month?
What types of loans are you closing.
What state are you in? |

I am located in RI, and also licensed in CT and MA. It's actually my company, but I underwrite, while my husband and another LO originate. I have been considering making a change, due to all the changes in the industry, and the expenses/headaches of everything right now, as well as wanting to be able to do FHA, but don't want to do audited financials,etc. to get the mini eagle. So, I have looked at a couple of net branch situations, as well as some that allow you to work from home, but have not found anything quite right. If you have any other info you could email me, I'd appreciate it.
