I I have a borrower who is trying to purchase in King County. It will be owner occupied, below 40 DTI, and he has had a business license for over 2 years. Does anyone know a lender who can do this loan. We've had to wait for a while for credit and now that its up he is eager to buy. Thank you!

i can helo u. fico has to be over 700.
