Ok I purchased 25 leads after pondering if I should of course after being burned so many times in the past. They started last Monday and I have gone through approximately 12 so far. The best thing about them by far is their replacement policy and if you have any problems or questions Ian or David will call you back ASAP. Plus out of those 12 I personally signed up 3 of them last thursday and sold 1 maybe 2 today. Not a bad start at all!! I have 3 in the pipe with 19k in fees YES 19K is fees. So anybody that is worried to invest $1,500 it is by far the best investment I have ever made. And yes Ian if my sister wasnt married I would introduce you to her. Just kidding. If anyone would like to ask me any questions about these feel free.

Ok just a little update... I have now gone through about 23 of my 25. 5 are signed up in the pipe with 3 more sign ups scheduled and 4 more that still need sold. Ian and the guys over at ABC made me a believer. In fact I wish I would of found these guys earlier maybe I would be in Mexico right now on the beach. And for what you get the price is very fair. 1,500 invested lol and results like this makes me feel like I need to go to church. I love it!!

Ok I have one scheduled to close Monday and two closing Wednesday. I will keep everyone updated since I just started these last week. And as far as my information thats not a problem at all.

Brett's lead program began on the 24th, so it has been 2 weeks NOT 1.
As for the lenders he works with that is his business if he wants to give that up to you.

Yes I started these on the 24th so monday is 2 weeks and if you really want to know its with Countrywide.

That is very fast now a days...most of my lenders are taking two weeks to just look at the file...then again we do all FHA, very few conventional deals....
I am going to be doing a test campaign in the next few weeks as well. I hope my results are similar to yours.... |
