John, on your site, you mention "great for investment properties"...
are you sure about that? Do you offer FHA for investment properties?

Good Question. Technically for Streamline Refinances only. so that property must currently be an FHA loan. I'll be sure to put a blurb about that in my email. thanks!

First Garunty Mortgage Corp still does sub 500 scores. My last deal was 7.5% paying .5 ysp.
