And maybe take out a few signature lines - I think listing your ph# once is enough.

relitters are a great way to go these days. purchases will prevent many of the headaches you encounter with people who dont have equity. a few years ago, i would have agreed 100% the realtors sucked. but in this market, ill take some of the abuse to make it work.

whats the program? i wouldnt mind learning more.

That is correct and I'll add that realtors are open to teamwork in this market. I've picked up 90 so far this year alone.
