| Just a thank you to Darin for quick deletions of sleazy threads that make mortgage brokers/lenders look bad. Recent topic was just deleted, I'm sure many others may have hit the frowny face, but it was only minutes after I hit it that the topic went buh-bye. |

For all of 12 posts, I don't see how he could have made much contribution to the B.O. His twelve posts consist of the kickback thread and now this. My thread started out as a simple thank you until he jumped on board. His first response was to thank me for deleting his own thread.
