Who does FHA loans with scores under 580 and a loan amount under 50,000.00

| It is up to the lender, FHA has no minimum loan amout or score. |

I can do FHA in MO. I typically wont do loans below 100k though.
I can go down to 530 score for conforming and my FHA jumbos down to 620 score! www.johnreiher.com

| Your best bet on a low loan amount is with a bank that has branches in your area, they do not mind the low loan amounts for their CRA (Community Reinvestment Act) rating. Around here Wells Fargo has no minimum limits. |
