| Who can do a three family, full doc investment with an LTV higher than 75%. Credit is over 720, low ratios. Client just doesn't want to tie up 25% into the deal. |

Dont know if this will help. 75% LTV but the rate is only 4.5%. Let me know.

Chased that ghost... If you can show me a closing statement, you'll have my business. I have about 100 investors each with 100 properties that I can relay to you for the loan.
LLB has never heard of the damn thing. So, if you're going to tell me that's who's offering the product, I've already been down that road. In fact, I can give you the international phone number to the trade desk in London for an officer who would tell you that it's a scam. Nice enough gentleman, but short of time.
