I have a loan that needs a lender bad. She is buying 2 investment properties and is renting here own place. her credit is a 680 and the ltv is 80%. Her debt ratio is extremly low and i can verify 80 grand. She is a field representative at an auto store and needs to be stated. The deal is not far fetched. What lenders can step up to the plate. Oh yeah, the properties are in Tampa Florida. And i cant do any lower than 80%.
She also has investment managment experience for 2 years. Call me. |
