Hi:

I need lenders for 2 scenarios--

1) NOO 4 unit, Stated Income, either Stated or Verified assets--need at least 75% LTV--hoping for more

2) NOO 4 unit, full doc, need 85-90% LTV

Can these be done without Private money? If not, what Private guys will do this.

Both have scores over 700

Sorry--My Bad--these are both in Ny State----1st deal is a $165,500 LA and the second is $225,000 LA
