Is it just me? Is it an illusion? Or has it started to rebound for those who belong in this business.
Reality is statistics don't lie. In general we have seen a huge drop in business.
My office has gone through the grind and constant changes having to deal with major adversities and reality, however over the last two weeks I have seen things clicking all together as one, like they used to. Loan Officers and Staff are upbeat and fell confident. We are getting a consistent flow of loans submitted, approved and starting to fund on a regular basis. Several Loan Officers are working their business plans and the general feel and attitude is it is better today then a couple months ago and momentum is building.
Momentum is building! I hope this motivates those that are real close to breaking through to the other side!
