Has anyone else noticed that TBW's pricing has gotten a lot worse in the last few weeks. I'm sure because they got slammed.
Who have you been using with good pricing and fast turn times on Conventional?
I've been using M&T Bank for FHA --- 3 to 4 day UW, premiums have been good. They will do NO GRANT PROGRAMS, NO CONDO SPOT APPROVALS.
Who else is paying good with good turn times? |

| PFG Loans Inc has best YSP. Don't know about their turn times. |

I should have put another caveat on my post----
They have to be lenders that actually CLOSE loans.
Please don't mention Provident Funding. |
