Please let me know if you can do the following scenario and what pricing is.

sfr, ca (riverside county), rate/term refi, full doc, $298k av, $238,400 loan amt, 652 mid fico, 80% ltv, dti is 54%.

I ran it through DU and got an EA-1. Please let me know if you can do this and price out for a 30 year fixed at par and with 1 pt rebate.

I would run it LP, I have had several that flip to an Accept LP that were EA-1 with DU, especially if they have any assets and low LTV.
