stated/verified
self employed

has about 200k in cash reserves

ABout 6.625 <par> 30 fixed.

Arm pricing is higher.

how are you getting that rate ?

i just priced out a n/o/o full doc r/t 490k loan amount 50% ltv and par with amtrust was high 7.5 +

not seeing how you could offer mid 6 and be stated ? help me see in the dark

well my loan amount in only 190k and i'm not sure if your property is a sfr.

-.5 for non-owner

.75pt total hits

6.625 <1> 20 day lock

= 6.625 <.25> end price
