You got FHA approved, now it's time to get a lender that will close your deals.
Email me and I'll get you a broker package.
I never want to know if you're co-brokering loans.

| well, atleast he is not with a lender claiming they can charge points and broker fee legally. we know those suckers will atleast get their money. this guy sounds like a broker so i can only assume whoever is sucked in will get screwed royally. im sure an LO can tell their HR Dept. or Accounting Dept. to send the other broker a check. unless ofcourse this moron is going to pay the other LO out of his own pocket when the loan funds. you cant feel sorry for these people when they get screwed. both parties would be breaking the law so ofcourse there is no recourse. way to put your fha approval at risk. i hope you get it taken away. keep it up and you will soon enough. |

nothing is being done illegally. If you are a realtor in california that is not FHA approved and you have a client buying a house with no loan how is helping out illegal. I am not talking about co-brokering at all.
I guess realtors with clients that dont have the big downpayment should lose there commission if they dont have a broker FHA approved.
