Hi everyone,
Single Family Residence Rate and Term Refi 12 Acre Lot (remaining land used as a "ranch") Full Doc (Annual income over $800,000) Assets to cover 6 Months PITI Fico 520 Owner Occupied several Mortgage lates,loan was originally with Argent then sold to Citi Residential. Somewhere along the lines his payments were not received by the correct department and they keep reporting mortgage lates. No bankruptcies 675,000 Loan Amount 75% LTV
Anyone know who can do this loan?? I would love to stay away from Hard Money and Commercial if possible. Im thinking if Argent could do it the loan when they were open there has to be a conventional lender out there that can do it now?? Please let me know??
