| Borrower owns Los Angeles lot free & clear. The lot is in escrow as a pending sale for $250,000. Using 70% of the $250,000 and the loan amount being $40,000 this LTV is only 23%. Borrower has fair credit and we would need to go stated. Anyone able to do this? |

Is it a commercial lot or residential lot?
If Commercial I can offer up to 40%.
