I have a small deal in Houston. Client inherited home. Value 110k. Needs 20k loan to pay taxes. May want more money, not sure. Who wants it? Client says credit is just ok. May have to do hard money. I will forward name and number. Must be in Houston or surrounding area.

| i know of someone in Austin who would be a good broker to work with... i know of others, but not sure about how well they'd do with this loan.... |
