Are there any Subprime or Alt A lenders out there still doing Cash-out on Non-owner occupied property? Tried running through LP and DU but unfortunately Level 2/ineligible.
SFR in Oregon.

| If your "lower" will get you to 70% and they don't cut your appraisal try Wachovia |
