Anyone still offering SIVA Jumbo Option Arms. My borrower has a 720+ FICO, and can document around 300K in Assets, but the loan must be SIVA. The deal is O/O, C/O, CALI. The LTV is 80%.
Let me know if you can help, but it must be an Option Arm. |

| got an wachovia appraiser goin out tomorrow (fingers crossed). Hell they already countered the file full doc but hopefully that gets worked out the borrower is REALLY strong. |

| Whatever you are looking for in value....take 70-75% of that number and you'll be on the same page as Wachovia..... They &$&^*&Y when it comes to value. |
