| Their turn times are immediate,if not sooner for locked loans, conditions reviewed within hours,best fixed rates and yield around. Closing docs 2 hours. |

| This is true, I like them, even though the will no longer allow us to originate a loan and also represent a buyer in a purchase transaction anymore.. |

| For a clean file Provident is the way to go! I love how you can talk to a live person. They are picky but now that I known their system I enjoy working with them. Submitted a file last friday was ready for Docs on tuesday. |

I CANNOT BELIEVE MY EYES-
Sure, Provident "ROCKS" on the one file they get thru w/out bending you over. I've only sent cream of the crop files to them, I'm talking 730+ ficos, 60-70% LTV's, 100+ mos reserves, etc., and they have jsut stipped me to death and held up files for nothing and required an add'l year's worth of HOI in Jan, etc. They are a nightmare- weren't worth it when the ysp was all of 0.25 better and their pricing hasn't even been there over the last couple of weeks so they DEF aren't worth the headache now! I've been focusing more and more on FHA, and for FHA First Horizon has been THE BEST co. to work with. |
